What do I do if my house has storm damage?
You have taken the right first step by searching for a qualified contractor. Take a look at our steps for
navigating an insurance claim for more details.
What Types of Payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash or Check. Financing Coming Soon.
What should I know about the warranty?
In addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty as determined by the type of shingle you select, we also provides a workmanship warranty that mirrors the length of the manufacturer’s warranty for
all products we install. For a nominal charge, customers also have the opportunity to purchase and extended
workmanship warranty that only manufacturers certified contractors can offer.
Is Ice and Water Shield necessary?
No roof is completely water tight. Ice dams and windblown rain can penetrate the roof’s outer shell, often
times causing water damage. Applying an inexpensive Ice and Water Shield at the time of your roof replacement
is the solution for winning the battle against water penetration.
Do I need ridge vents?
When warm air rises into the attic, it affects the air at the highest point of the roof. Without a proper
escape route, this warm air can directly affect the life of the shingles and the wood decking. Manufacturer’s
studies have shown that ridge vents are more effective than other products at reducing heat in the attic.
What will happen to my satellite dish?
We will remove the dish if necessary to complete the roofing job. However, reinstalling
and aligning the dish will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Please contact your service provider for
further information on cost, and to schedule the service call.
Will my plants and trees be protected during the process?
We will place tarps around your structure to catch anything that may fall from the roof
(ie. nails, roofing material, etc).
Are there any issues with replacing my skylights?
We will remove and replace the old skylight with a new one. We will flash and seal it to
make it water tight. Please note, some skylights will require additional interior trim and painting. This is
the responsibility of the homeowner.
